AJC never ceases to astonish. Note: the word used is "astonish", not a mere "surprise". diction is important.
so anyways, the JC1 cohort just discovered that AJC is ranked 20th out of 17 Junior Colleges. Needless to say, we were in shock. We did not know if we should just laugh, or laugh. The tutor said it with a straight face, while (in search of a better word) scolding a few slow people. Correction: Many slow people. We cannot do anything about it, the seating instructions confused all of us. Just MAKE UP YOUR MIND. thank you.
Second week with my internal CCA. still not confirmed, but i'm pretty convinced that AJDOS has left me for dead. pity. so it's back to chess, after 4/5 years?
Still, training from 1430 hours to 1930 hours is no easy feat, especially since we're NOT released on the dot. mental exercises after a day of lectures (and in the future, tutorials). just perfect.
ah well, looking forward (or not) to the permanent timetable. HOD PE says that it could clash with my external CCA, so bad news to the cadets (or perhaps good news to the dear dear passerby who tagged my tagboard), i may not be down as often, or maybe not at all. next week. yes.
